Alice Craigie, the Modern Painting Fellow at the National Gallery, working under the supervision of Jay Krueger, Senior Conservator and Department Head, is conducting a broad investigation into materials and techniques within the collection as a whole, with a focus on select works for more in-depth scientific research.
